Players that are members of the North Carolina Adult Soccer Association (NCASA) are also members of
the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) which is under US Soccer. 

One of the benefits of being a member is the availability of a $5,000.00 supplemental accident policy.
This benefit is available to players in a sanctioned league OR those that have purchased the Annual or Tournament Only Player Pass and are not actively playing in a sanctioned league. (For players that purchase a Tournament Only Pass - injury must occur during the tournament to qualify for coverage).

The insurance claims process has changed!!

All injury claims must now be filed online.
This will improve the speed and accuracy of processing your injury claim.

USASA IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING PAPER CLAIMS.

To submit your claim and access any resources related to your player accident insurance coverage:

You must be treated within 90 days of your injury.
The benefit period begins on the date of your injury and continues for 52 weeks.  

Please Note:
You do not have to wait until you have all of your bills to submit the claim form. 
Bills may be forwarded later with a copy of the original claim form.
